We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The best aspects were its cleanliness, convenient location close to the train station and the hot spring-old city center, and its proximity to a big supermarket. The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh upon our arrival. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped kitchenette and the laundry facilities. Additionally, the secure parking was a great feature, providing us with peace of mind. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Stunning location very close to center, everything perfect. Near Smichovsky pavilon, just 10 minutes walk. They had available central heating, pay TV and a safe, loved that. Got private bathroom with bidet. Was able to cook myself - a handy kitchenette was available.

The apartment was perfect place for sightseeing in Karlovy Vary, loved it. It was incredible near old town...

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing everything I needed for a great stay. The host was very accommodating and gave helpful advice for local attractions. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea, coffee, and even coconut-scented toilet paper. There were plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, and the apartment was surrounded by open green areas. The gated parking area was a bonus, and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. I would definitely stay here again if I revisited Karlovy.

Confusing parking spots.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils and dishes available. The location was excellent, just a short 15-minute walk to the hot springs and the old city center. It was easy to find and access the keys. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We experienced some issues during our stay. Firstly, there was a party in a nearby apartment that lasted until the early hours of the morning, causing a disturbance.

There was a disturbance caused by a party of teenagers in the apartment below, which kept us up until the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, we had to find alternative accommodation for the night.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great time! The apartments were clean and spacious, with everything we needed. I recently stayed at Diana Apartments for a few nights in Karlovy Vary. The apartment was really nice and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was also conveniently located close to the thermal fountains and there was a supermarket right in front of the house. The whole place was clean and check-in was easy. The kitchen had sufficient kitchenware, making our stay even more convenient. I loved my stay and would definitely choose Diana Apartments again if I come back to Karlovy Vary.

We had a great stay at these apartments! The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the center and right across from a Lidl supermarket for convenience. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities. We loved being so close to the thermal fountains, it made exploring the city a breeze. a comfortable and convenient choice for accommodation.

There was a minor issue with the lock on the main door, but it was quickly resolved.
